Inspired by the comic book, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, players can create there own mutant animals with human skills and combat abilities and help humanity with their own brand of vigilante justice. The book introduces Palladium's mutant animal creation system with a variety of common North American animals. Also includes stats for characters from the TMNT comics, as well as unique creations for the game's setting. Illustrated by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, including a brand-new eight-page comic created for the RPG.
