Raiders of the Unknown (
RofU) is a one-page old school roleplaying game based on the one-page old school roleplaying game
SotU * Refired v3, which in turned is based on
Searchers of the Unknown. Rather than being a fantasy dungeon crawl,
RofU is an homage to the
Indiana Jones movies and other pulp fiction. Uses a 1d20 plus move or level and modifers mechanic. If the roll plus modifiers matches or exceeds a target's armor class or a fixed target number, the attempt is successful. Has rules for weapons mishaps, and damage uses the quirky rules from
Refired. A character's vocation provides a bonus to related checks.
