Consecrated by Christ himself, Glastonbury was the first Christian church in Britain. It survived the Roman persecutions, sheltered Arthur and Guinevere during the wars against the Saxons, and nurtured St. Dunstan, the greatest archbishop England has seen. Now a house of the black-robed Benedictine monks, it has fallen to diabolic corruption from within, and Satan is praised in God's place.

| 3 + 5 | cj.23 | The Black Monks of Glastonbury. An excellent introduction to roleplaying in the mythic middle ages. Does a very good job of capturing the feel of Ars Magica for d20 system, though I forsee some problems for referees who like the 'module' over the 'sourcebook' approach. [ Read Review ] |
| 3 + 4 | ~BA | The Black Monks of Glastonbury. Despite some initial misgivings, Black Monks of Glastonbury proves to be an interesting supplement describing the myriad of plots and stories around a diabolically corrupted abbey. Of interest to both Ars Magica fans and D20 players who like meaty settings. [ Read Review ] |
