Adventure! is White Wolf's offering to the pulp genre, as well as the third and final game in their Trinityverse setting, begun and continued with Trinity and Abberrant, respectively.
It is highly regarded in some circles for its free-flowing mechanics, obvious love of the pulp genre -- as rendered in a role-playing game, anyway -- and Dramatic Editing; this offers a structure through which players can influence the details and flow of events of the game.

| 10 / 10 | Ace the hero | The perfect pulp adventure game. |
| 7 / 10 | Geburah | I had high hopes for this, but was somewhat disappointed. The logic behind the existence of Pulp-level characters (and part of the chargen mechanics, something that can't be easily houseruled) didn't strike me as very appropriate or true to the genre. As for the system, it was a relatively good implementation of Storyteller and featured some interesting ideas - like Dramatic Editing, the ability for players to "edit" in or out items, scenes and events. However, it never really struck me as capturing what I look for in a pulp system. |
