"A Sourcebook for the World of Darkness", Mummy: The Resurrection was a game that had its origins in the Year of the Reckoning events and was also the center of the Year of the Scarab series of products. The book provided rules, organizations, background story, and story ideas for playing a group of recently deceased humans who are given the chance to live a more full life than they did the first time around, fighting darkness and evil. The weak part of their souls filled with a fragment of a powerful Egyptian spirit, the characters became the soldiers of Osiris, chosen to bring justice and balance to the world.
