| 4 + 4 | H. Kim | Call of Cthulhu d20. Unstoppable as a Shoggoth in heat, the Hasbro/WOTC machine continues undaunted in its quest to take over the gaming landscape. Its latest target is the much loved Call of Cthulhu. The result is mostly good with a few quibbles. [ Read Review ] |
| 5 + 5 | Jason Caskey | Call of Cthulhu d20 Roleplaying Game. The question of the day seems to be, “Can Cthulhu effectively rear its unsightly head under the guise of a d20, Wizards product?” I answer with a plain and resounding, “Hell yes!” [ Read Review ] |

| 8 / 10 | FruitSmack! | While normally no fan of d20, I actually like this a little more than the old BRP version. Many people slam on it for having a focus more on the investigators actually battling the critters of the Mythos instead of running around and going mad at the drop of a hat. Granted, the end result is the same because you really can't win against the things which man should not know, but I feel that this makes the stories more true to the source. |
| 4 / 10 | howandwhy99 | Some of the worst adventure creation advice written. A horror game straightjacketed in a high-powered adventure games system. |
