Out for Blood: A Guide to Vampires and Those that Hunt Them provides new rules and background material for incorporating vampires into the d20 system. After an introduction, the first chapter details new feats and new uses for old skills, and is followed by a chapter on prestige classes: Arcane Pathologist, Blood Hunter, Death Guard, Dubbelsauger, Exterminator, Fist of Light, Fortune-Teller, Gothic Pretender, Knight of the Dragon, Knight of the Phoenix, Kresnik, Master of Sacrifice, Soul Catcher, Soul Collector, Vamp, Vampire Seneschal, Vampire Slayer, and Watcher in Shadows. The next chapter covers creatures, including a vampire subtype and other expanded rules, as well as the astral vampire, barb-tongued vampire, callicantzaro, chupacabra, deathgaze vampire, death ringer, dhampir, grave soil, iron maiden, irontooth vampire, kuang-shi, lesser vampyr, lost soul, nosferatu, plague vampire, vampyr, volkadlak, and white beast. The third chapter includes 6 vampire-related organizations, as well as adventure seeds and a short discussion of vampire lairs. The appendix has a new domain (Blood), and 6 new spells.
