This book explains various evil organizations (and some of those who do not consider themselves evil, merely doing what is right and just), and gives the DM tools for inserting evil into their Forgotten Realms games.

It also contains new feats (also revised versions of several Vile feats from the Book of Vile Darkness), spells, prestige classes, organization info, monsters, races and individuals in charge of various operations.
