Forge of Shadow: A Sourcebook for Steel Hill is the third city sourcebook for the Midnight campaign setting, following City of Shadow and Under the Shadow. Forge details the city of Steel Hill, which has been turned into a perpetually sooty source of arms and armor for the armies of Izrador.
