8 / 10YoraThe Expanded Psionic Handbook is by far the best magic system for any edition of Dungeons & Dragons. It should be the default magic system for all d20 games.
8 / 10NightwalkerThe system for psionics actually had some role-playability. Out of the whole d20 system, this is probably the finest work.
7 / 10ghost-angelThis is regarding the 3.0 book: Interesting and balanced Psioncs classes. Psionics powers that didn't just look like magic with another name.
6 / 10Pseudo NymhDefinitely an improvement over the 3.0 Psionic book. Not a must-have, but still a very well-thought-out alternate magic system with a lot of unique character options.
5 / 10ThanuirDecent optional casting system.

3 + 4George JacksonExpanded Psionics Handbook. The latest incarnation of psionics rules for D&D is largely an improvement over the previous one, but there are some flaws, as well.
4 + 5Steve ZieserPsionics Handbook.
4 + 3George JacksonPsionics Handbook. The first big non-core D&D expansion is out, and odds are you'll love it or hate it.
4 + 5Prince NightchildePsionics Handbook. An excellent addition to 3e, even if you hated psionics in other editions!
5 + 5Mike MacKenziePsionics Handbook. I did not have high expectations for it and procrastinated actually getting this review done. Having read it, I am now trying out different combinations of psionic characters. I really liked this book.
