9 / 10simonjbergerThe simplistic rules for superpowers emulate very well how they tend to work in the magazines, especially silver-age comics. I'm especially fond of the dynamics between the three levels of powers, with the bread-and-butter power most often used, the one you use but don't generally get that much out of and the one you save to the conclusion that usually saves the day.
