A powerful demon, who can be contracted (see "The Ghoul Market") for various body works, including replacement (or additional) limbs, hexmarks (tattoos that can be used to cast spells), "artisanal cadavers" (for eating), and even raising the dead (with some nasty side effects, aka "grim alterations").
