Notes on This Edition
The May 2009 version 3.1 is the first release available in print format (POD, via Lulu). The layout was also dramatically changed to facilitate easier printing, including a smaller font and less white space. The size of the document dropped from 300+ to 231 pages. $11.99 perfect bound softcover.
