The RuneQuest Companion was intended as an irregular publication that would fill the void left behind by Wyrms Footnote by publishing new RuneQuest material once or twice a year. Only one volume was published. It includes some more or less useful stuff for bringing spice and flavor to a RuneQuest Glorantha game, including history, stories, cult compatibilty chart, and errata for RQ2.

This is a totally different book from the 2006 RQ4 Companion, which is a rules companion for the Mongoose edition of the rules.
