Search for the Pegasus is a fantasy adventure gamebook where the reader chooses what will happen. The protagonist of the story is the bookish halfling Thomas "Black Shadow" Blackfoot who must rescue his friend, the pegasus Clarion, from the Blue Hag. Thomas is accompanied on the quest by two other friends, a leprechaun and a gnome. From Wizard of the Coast's website, about the 2008 edition:
