Edition Summary

The Enemy Within: Shadows Over Bogenhafen is the first part of The Enemy Within campaign. A group of starting adventurers are travelling towards Altdorf in order to seek fame when their coach is attacked. One false trail and an unjust murder charge later, they find themselves no longer in Altdorf, but in the river town of Bögenhafen, with plenty of questions but no answers.

The Enemy Within campaign was a big(if not the biggest) reason for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay's popularity, and is recognised as one of the best roleplaying campaigns in existence. Fantasy roleplaying clichés were given a thorough low fantasy twist, something that later became a setting trademark.
