Berk's Wasteland: A Creature Compendium is Volume 6 in the E.N. Critters line of geographically-themed PDF bestiaries. The document starts with a table of contents, then an overview of the eponymous desert region, including a map, descriptive detail on various locations, and a general ecology including the relationships between the critters. This is followed by stat blocks and descriptions of the desert-themed monsters; tables sorting the monsters by CR (1–14), type, author, and artist; and 4 pages of two-sided counters.

"Berk" refers to a new or foolish person. While the word harkens back to the term for clueless planar newbie in AD&D 2nd Edition's Planescape Campaign Setting, the more generalized meaning predates any RPG usage. With the exception of logos and product names, the monsters and the information about the wasteland is all Open Game Content, released under the OGL version 1.0a.
