3 / 10SteveBowenThis supplement describes a post-Cathayan invasion San Francisco where kindred are restricted to a handful of specific neighborhoods by the Cathayans. While this may make sense in terms of metaplot, the cold war-era Berlin style division of San Francisco between the two factions is enormously unsatisfying and unduly constrains player and GM options.
