The Festival of Dreams -- A fantasy adventure for 16th-level characters is the ninth adventure in the War of the Burning Sky campaign saga. The saga continues with a return to the city featured in the first installment of the series: Gate Pass. Conquered by the Ragesian armies, the PCs are send a message by the rebels, and must bypass the security, raise the costumed freedom fighters against the occupying forces, break the power of the invaders, and uncover a secret underneath the city.
