Book 3 of the Apostle of Insanity Trilogy.

Cyril Dent, newly formed cyborg member of Cybertronic, must help uncover the secrets that the Dark Legion have implanted in Lorraine Kovan, a victim of their machinations. While doing this, he must also discover why he has a psychic link to the Apostle of Insanity, stop the Brotherhood from killing him because of this link, and solve his own murder.
