This book for the Hunter: The Reckoning line is meant to give both players and Storytellers a general idea of what the World of Darkness, in all its parts, looks like to the Hunters around the globe. Not spending too long on any one corner, it presents in-character accounts by characters who give their impressions; this allows Storytellers to use the information as an inspiration without fearing whether players have read ahead, as any discrepencies can by brushed aside as misunderstandings or misinformation. It also gives a sort of "Top Ten Most Dangerous" line-up, scattered through the various regions, that Storytellers can use for their campaigns.
