It is easy to label this as Pulp RPG, but the cover states "The Role-Plaing Game ot the '20s & '30s" and "Horror - Adventure - Romance - Science Fiction - Crime Fighting - Mystery - Spice Stories". But then again, the preface announces: "Welcome to the world of pulp adventure!".
The game itself seems a little unsure on to what genre it belongs, but lets call it pulp.

The game comes in a box with two books. Main book; "Justice Inc." 96 p. saddle stitch, colour cover, and Campaign book 80 p. single colour cover (dark brown print on white). Included are also three d6s -- dark brown -- and an ad folder for Hero games.
