Game Summary
FGU's V&V is a short (48 pp) and sweet superhero RPG. Random power generationn on large and totally unbalanced powers tables, and the idea that you should play yourself embued with super powers, lent itself to creating wildly unbalanced parties. Which, surprisingly, never seemed to make the game less fun.

The rules are sprinkled liberally with great comic art and examples of game play

4 + 3James Gillen. Villains and Vigilantes is back! For real this time!
3 + 2Lev Lafayette. Whilst certainly showing its age in terms of a game system and can be downright clunky in actual play, it does have an interesting basic concept for characters and some worthwile campaign material.
