In the small mining village of Goldhaven, all was peaceful and profitable. Their gold mine had been producing and the little community prospered. Recently the townsfolk discovered a new cavern as they followed a vein of gold. This large cave was filled with precious gems of all kinds and the town rejoiced in their good fortune. Within a month the mine and the village of Goldhaven were abandoned. Those that fled the village tell a horrible tale of the mine being cursed and haunted, of demons possessing their loved ones and of death. Can the PCs discover what has become of this once prosperous village? What evil has driven the town away? Can the PCs stop it, or will they be consumed as well?
