This is essentially the rest of the rules for Pendragon 3rd edition. It includes "advanced" character generation, plus information on "the lands", "the peoples", "ambitions", "women", "religions", "wealth", "grand events", and "magic and faerie".

This is all pretty crucial to running the game, and it was incorporated into the main rulebook in 4th edition.
