Bloody Basic is a simplified version of the sprawling old school/d20 System mash up, Blood & Treasure. Bloody Basic is intended to serve as an introduction to the larger system and supports characters up to 6th level, but also has a few tweaks like simpler encumbrance, and the automatic acquisition of a random retainer at 6th level.

The Mother Goose Edition has classes, races, spells, and monster aimed at the fairy tale style of play as presented in Stater's "Mother Goose Is My Dungeon Master" posts on the Land of NOD blog, including human, dwarf, little pig, and sprite races; and the curtal friar, fighter, magician, and knave classes.
