A thorough description of the DC 30th century after the 5 year gap that preceded volume 4 of the comic book.
THIs book does have stats for major characters, but most of the book is background, including lots of in-world text files, a history of the Legion from 2973 to 2995 and more.
Ironically this book was the best background for this version of the Legion published anywhere, and it contained lots of info never found in the comics.
