Game Summary

Mithras of London fancies the Isles as his domain, but the land is far older than even he. Ancient vampires lurk in the fens and wolf-men stalk the moors. The Church has taken hold here, but worshippers of far older gods call upon powers that no follower of Christ has ever known. And somewhere beyond the mist the fae laugh, for they were here before any other.

Dark Ages: British Isles presents the details, history and geography of the British Isles in the World of Darkness, circa AD 1210. It covers the doings of vampires, werewolves, mages and even some other supernatural types.

3 + 4cj.23. A fine sourcebook on Britain in 1220, with an emphasis on England and Wales. Very deatiled history, but not as good on contemporary life in 1230 - this has been done better by other rpg supllements. Usable with DA: Mage, Vampire, Werewolf and Inquisitor, a must if you plan a British campaign.

6 / 10DrFaustThere is a surprising density of information here, but it's often at the 20,000 foot level. For example, every county in England gets a paragraph, but that's never enough to give a real sense of what's going on there. The dearth of maps hurts, too.
