This book disappeared during fourth edition, when it was replaced by three separate books, then returned for the fifth "Rolemaster Classic" edition.

3 + 3Lev Lafayette. Clear definition of realms of power (Chaneling, Essence, Mentalism) yet adaptable implementation. Balanced progression of spells in organised lists. Can sometimes be difficult in actual play due to quantity and variability of spell effects.
