Roleplaying game based on the miniatures games set in the Renegade Legion universe.

In the 69th century, humanity rules over most of the galaxy in the form of TOG, the Terran Overlord Government. TOG is modeled on the ancient Roman Empire, but with future technologies used to enforce their oppressive policies. The main opponent of TOG is the Commonwealth, a smaller state that survives through the help of the Renegade Legions (defectors from TOG and their bitterest enemies).

The main mechanic system is to roll under the character's (stat skill) with Xd10, with X based on the difficulty of the act. Success and failure levels are based on how far below or above the target the roll actually is.

The book provides rules for character generation, personal, ground and space combat, background for human and alien races, and information on the front lines of battle between TOG and the Commonwealth. Illustrations are mostly black and white, with color plates of the various races included as well.
