9 / 10	Krypter	Great fun monsters with some very nice illustrations and witty commentary. A blast to read.
8 / 10	owe for the flesh	I love the Naturalist's Guide just for the gorgeous P.D. Breeding-Black pencil art on every page. Thystram's Collectanea is not as pretty, but its greatly expanded page-count and more robust statistics make it much more useful in-game.
