Instant Lightspeed is the free introductory version of the full Lightspeed. Based on the Instant Fuzion ruleset (a simplified version of the full Fuzion ruleset), it is a space opera roleplaying game set in a galaxy where a thinly-veiled counterpart of the Empire from Star Wars faces off against a faux-Star Trek Federation. Other elements include knock offs of the Goa'uld from Stargate, the Xenomorphs from the Aliens movies, and the predator from the Predator movies.
