6 / 10	SteveBowen	D.C. by Night is a bit bland and the conflicts going on in the city seem rather low-key for a place of D.C.'s magnitude. However, if you really want to run a Vampire game set in D.C. it should work fine as a foundation. It would be hard to imagine a GM using it without adding or changing anything though.
