20 Punks as the name implies is collection of 20 criminals, suitable for use as adversaries or PCs. Each character has mugshot art and a character sheet ("rap sheet"). The first part of the book presents each rapsheet with their character's mugshot as a background image, and the latter 2/3rds of the book has the mughots and rapsheets on separate pages (for easy printing).
