The Changeling Storytellers Guide is as much a collection of articles and essays on how to GM as it on GMing a Changeling game in particular. Much of the focus goes to matters like the care and feeding of NPCs and setting details, with regard to how they interact with the players' characters. There's also some discussion on different tacks to take with a Changeling game, rules design and philosophy. The book ends with an appendix that indexes subjects from all the Changeling published at that time.
