Champions / Bay City

Largely a reboot of the classic Champions Universe. Heroes of the past are shown to be dark and gritty. A 1995 earthquake devastates the San Francisco Bay Area, leading to the creation of Bay City. In October of 1999, most heroes are killed in a war with the Proprietor. Now it's a new millennium.

Used as the background for Champions: New Millennium and ignored thereafter.
