Although she's done a variety of scattered work in the industry, Lee Gold is best known as the creator of the Alarums & Excursions APA, the longest running periodical in the RPG industry. Gold is also a notable filker and member of the science-fiction fan community.

Note that Lee Gold's middle name (which she hasn't used since she turned adult) is Ann, and people shouldn't refer to her as "he."
