D02: Know No Limit10MY hat of d02 is non-existent! Brilliant for it's source of inspiration, and actually very playable, for those times you feel like being slightly silly. I printed a copy for my daughter, and she ran a weekly game at school for a year.
Dogs in the Vineyard10Dogs challenges us with a VERY different mindset, with a system designed to take it all the way to the wall. I found the conflict resolution hard to follow on paper, but when played, it flowed beautifully. My all time favorite "game I have played," and my new go-to game for setting conversion.
Everway10
Over the Edge10I've never been a fan of the setting, but the system is so wonderfully simple and adaptable, I love it.
Polaris10A thing of beauty is a joy forever...or until the ice melts. Beautiful, sad, thought-provoking.
Spherewalker Source Cards10
Spherewalker Sourcebook10This has been one of my favorite books for years. Presented as a lexicon, the entries within have inspired dozens of stories and ideas. It's a great fantasy aid, no matter what system you play.

Advanced Melee9
Advanced Wizard9
Apocalypse World9
Chill 1st Edition9Until I can rate the editions separately, this will have to do. Pacesetter's Chill was an awesome, fun game, horror, but with a pulp, heroic feel. Mayfair's version lost most of that, seemingly trying to compete with Call of Cthulhu. Pacesetter: 8/10. Mayfair 5/10.
Dictionary of Mu9
Feng Shui9Very nice system for streamlining combat against the mooks while emphasizing the battles with the Big Bads
GURPS Russia9A great resource, one of my favorites.
In The Labyrinth9
Little Fears9
Nobilis9
Nopress RPG Anthology9
Pokéthulhu9Hilarious! Takes two things I don't enjoy (Cthulhu is too deadly for me; Pokemon is too stupid), and makes them into one awesome thing. Very fun.
Progenitor9
Realms of the Sun: Book One - Bright Fires9
Realms of the Sun: Book Two - Heart of Stone9

The Committee for the Exploration of Mysteries8
Creature Feature8The first "monsters as protagonists" game I ever played - AFAIK, the first such game ever. Fun, without the angst of WOD, or the extreme gore of Nightlife.
Demon Players Guide8
Don't Rest Your Head8
GURPS Black Ops8Not my favorite genre for gaming, but very well-written and packed with awesome, swipeable ideas.
GURPS Infinite Worlds8
GURPS Warehouse 238Wonderful inspiration, and just plain fun to read.
Legendary Lives Player's Primer8

Paladin8Lots of fun to play in the right group. The mechanics really work for the style of play.

The Shadow of Yesterday8
Star Ace8
Summerland8
Toon8
Waves of Time8Presents a setting for Heroes to deal with after a major event, and does so in a way that makes a damn good read. I'd rank this as a nine, but it loses a point for being electronic format instead of properly in print.

Attack of the Humans5It's really down to taste. I don't like my horror too horrific, OR too silly. This one came down on the silly side. The system wasn't innovative, but worked for what it was. I tend to think of this game as Toon Horror.
Mutants & Masterminds5
Shadowrun5
Sorcerer5Some damn good ideas, but a bit full of itself.
Timemaster5

Crossroads2Derivative system and style stolen from White Wolf, combined with far too little useful setting detail make this a must-miss.
SuperBabes: The Femforce Role-Playing Game2Setting Information in the game is "read back issues of the comic." System was nothing remarkable, not remarkably bad for its day, but the lack of setting kills, especially for a game supposedly tied TO a setting. I guess they assumed we'd all be fans of the comic.

Dallas1Not really a role-playing game. Closer to one of those murder mystery party games. A very, very bad one.
Legacy: War of Ages1Derivative rip-off unwilling to show even the slightest respect to its source material (Highlander) or to its obvious inspiration for style and formatting (WOD books). Look for the fabulous Pink Floyd Misquote!
The Window1Clearly I was not advanced enough to appreciate the value of assigning descriptive terms to my abilities instead of stodgy old numbers (each descriptive term correlates to a die type; how is that not a number?).

Dreams of the First Age0It's real purty; haven't actually read it yet.
Dreamtime0Great for use with Everway. Awesome setting flavor.
Immortal: The Invisible War0Some interesting ideas at the time. Bad binding on the book.
