A new "touchstone" (homebase, in Monte Cook's words) for an upcoming D&D v.3.5 game, intended to replace Ptolus' default Ghostly Minstrel in Delver's Square. A map of a city block and four keyed areas are provided, and starting PCs are assumed to be neighbors.
