They can only be taken by characters who have trained in those skills: acrobatics (last second escape), arcana (detect elements), athletics (burst of strength), bluff (slippery shift), diplomacy (snide remark), dungeoneering (blend), endurance (meditation), heal (restore), history (unconscious memory), insight (gut feeling), intimidate (shout), nature (back on the path), perception (finely tuned senses), religion (divine health), stealth (deep cover), streetwise (false source), and thievery (divert attention).
