Notes on This Edition
The original printing of
Call of Cthulhu contains: two books with cardstock covers: a 96-page
Call of Cthulhu book and a 32-page "Sourcebook for the 1920s". Sandy Petersen is listed as the sole author for these rules and will remain so until the 1989 Fourth Edition.
Also included in the box: the cardstock 2nd edition of BRP,a world map, a book of character sheets, a set of cardstock figures, and some dice.
This edition was originally presented in a deep box, and sometime after 1982 changed to a shallow box.
