Formerly known as Ghost Town, The Lost Atoll of the Bleu Dragon is an adventure pieced together from notes circa 1976 to 1979, when the author was a 13 year old junior high school student. The adventure includes a map of an atoll and a dungeon apparently connected to the island in some fashion.
