The Inn of the Singing Cat is an inn and tavern, owned by Lyle Nimblefoot, a retired adventurer. Since he was a child, he had a dreams about a singing black cat, sitting on top of a dragon's hoard worth of gold.

Five years ago, he saw a cat that looked exactly like the one from his dream, scrounging for food outside a boarded up building. That night, he retired from adventuring and, two days later, purchased the property.
