4 + 3arcady. Great ideas for fantasy spells, but built a little powerful for Heroic level gaming.
3 + 4ghost-angel. Another book of pre-built magic spells for Fantasy Hero, generic enough for any Hero Game, but built with an eye towards a Turakian Age Campaign.

5 / 10DrFaustThe "schools" of spells in this second volume are more narrowly-focused in application and special effects, and thus of less general utility than those found in the original Fantasy Hero Grimoire. And, perhaps more importantly, they're all kinda dull and mechanically flimsy. Why does someone using song magic make an attack roll based on their DEX characteristic? Just what constitutes a True Name and how do you go about discovering one? Nice ideas, but they need more work, not just system write-ups.
