5 / 10NarcisistaIt details the minor clans, but that's about it. Doesn't really provide much in the way of gaming ideas or setting secrets, and the choice to limit minor clan schools to 3 ranks was very odd.
2 / 10Simple ManMost Clans within are broken, a few are even underpowered. While there seems to be little rationale for Great Clans to work together, it can be said even more so for Minor Clans and Great Clans. The book doesn't seek to aid GMs at all in this manner.
